MaritimHub provides a marketplace for new and used boats and parts from private and commercial sellers, and separately ordered surveys and residual-value assessments. The account country is the user's country, not an operator establishment in Germany or the EU. The platform contracting party's identity and address must be supplied before a contract is concluded.

Account and listing information must be accurate. Sellers must be entitled to sell, correctly identify private or commercial activity, and disclose condition, location and material defects. Protect your account and security procedures.

Direct sales and auctions follow the offer and payment terms shown before conclusion. An effective maximum auction bid is binding; an earlier recorded bid wins equal amounts. The product purchase contract is between buyer and seller. Statutory consumer rights against commercial sellers remain available.

Self-created reports are generated automatically from owner declarations without expert approval. Online reports receive expert review; onsite reports cover the agreed inspection scope. Prices, extras and limits must be shown before ordering. Completeness does not guarantee valuation accuracy; no market value is invented without adequate comparables.

Privacy information is an explanation, not optional consent. External payment or escrow providers also apply their disclosed terms. Mandatory consumer, warranty and privacy protections remain available. No German establishment, venue or blanket exclusion of foreign protections is specified.
